1. We can do your Orange warranty repair if you do the following:
You (the owner of the amp) must first contact Orange for a repair authorization before the amp is serviced. Your warranty will be verified and if possible, problems will be diagnosed over the phone and no further repair may be needed. In the case where a repair cannot be diagnosed over the phone, and you do not want to ship the amp to Orange (you do have the first option of factory service at your refusal), then an RMA # will be issued to you and the amp may be serviced at the authorized facility. The Orange RMA system allows us to track the status of repairs and allows a smooth process for you, the repair facility, and Orange. |
