Our labor rate is $40/hr. An estimate for repair is billed at our labor rate and contains a diagnosis of the problem(s) as far as is possible, the cost to do the repair, and the cost for parts, if any. If you elect to have us do the repair, you will be charged for the estimate, the time to effect the repair and the cost of parts. If we don't do the repair, you will be charged for just the estimate.
